spacious room beautiful design fresh options excellent attention
The room featured an amazing design and generous space! I admired the Toto toilet, as it brought back fond memories of Japan. Breakfast had fresh, delicious options. Alexia and Dilbar, along with the entire team, elevated my visit with their excellent attention.
I noticed a slight delay in receiving extra towels one evening. it was quickly resolved with a simple phone call.

The breakfast buffet displayed a large array of pastries and hot dishes. The fresh fruit selection included exotic options. Each morning, I savored the perfectly prepared omelets at the live cooking station. Excellent coffee added to the morning bliss.

good size convenient restaurant major attractions poor hospitality dirty marble late check-in
the hotel is located near major attractions. the rooms were a good size for me. the hotel restaurant was convenient and the bars seemed very good.
the room was not ready at 4 pm for check in, inconvenient. i thought the hospitality was lacking. i noticed marble granite tops in the bathroom were stained, so they looked dirty to me.

mixed feelings on this stay
slow check-in broken fridge
the check-in process was slow and not very cute i arrived around 3 pm and my room was not ready i had to wait in the lobby for nearly an hour the staff seemed disorganized and did not communicate updates effectively this delay was frustrating after a long journey plus the room i got had a broken mini fridge a big letdown.

great location clean room luxurious bedding heated seat
The location is great. I walked to many attractions from the hotel. The room was clean. The king bed offered comfortable luxurious bedding. The bathroom included a smart toilet with a heated seat.
The open clothing rack really impacted the upscale feeling of the room.

Fabulous Breakfast and Excellent Location
wide array english vibe whimsical decor
I wished I could have stayed longer than three nights. The breakfast was TOP notch with a wide array of everything!!! The croissants were warm and flaky. The hotel lobby has a distinct English vibe without being stuffy. The decor throughout is whimsical yet pays homage to the city and its past.
I experienced a minor issue with my bill upon arrival. I had booked through a third-party site, and there was some initial confusion about included taxes. The staff resolved it, but it required a bit of clarification and time that I hadn't planned for at check-in.

The staff was helpful recommending things to do and places to visit. Staff was helpful explaining how to get around the city. That was amazing. The bartenders are skilled professionals. They appear to have years of training.

The hotel is on a quiet street, but it is literally around the corner from the action. Two underground stations are very close by. The Jubilee Bridge is a two-minute walk. This is a must do.

The bathroom reminded me of a palace. I wanted to bring the rain shower home with me. The beds were so comfortable. Sleeping was AMAZING!!! The hotel provides plenty of restaurants and bars.
